The group has trading, manufacturing and processing activities. Komarla Group sells Extruded Full Fat Soya made using imported extruders.

Other than poultry the group has interest in residential, commercial and retail real estate.

Komarla Group has operations in the southern states of India – Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Maharashtra and Goa.
